Responsibilities:
Building furniture using hand tools, adhesives, jigs, fabrics, and other components.
Our ideal candidate is reliable, likes working with their hands on fast-paced precision projects, and enjoys a family atmosphere Inspecting parts for defects, repair if possible, and inform appropriate personnel of non-conforming parts Problem-Solving:
Identify and troubleshoot assembly or quality issues, collaborating with supervisors to find innovative solutions Overall manufacturing at various operating stations throughout the line Quality checks on parts Packing and preparing parts for shipment Sorting Parts/ Assembly and sub-assembly of furniture General maintenance and cleanliness of not only their cell but the facility as a whole Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping Performing all duties necessary to maintain warehouse cleanliness Loading and unloading merchandise using warehouse lift equipment Ability to lift 55-100 lbs Other duties as assigned Skills &

years of assembly line work, machine operating, or general production experience is REQUIRED Performance Expectations:
Reliability and attendance is extremely important in this job No phones - super strict about this and will call you out even if it is on your table Must have good attitude and meet production goals in a safe manner Hours:
