Candidates must have excellent phone and customer service skills, along with MS Office and online CRM experience.
The candidate we are looking for will be punctual, dependable, able to multi-task and quick to learn new tasks.
This position requires a high volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls, therefore experience with a multi-line phone system is necessary.
HS diploma and a minimum of 3 years administrative experience preferred.
